I am currently Director of India Operations and Head of Technology at Guidesly, leading the India Global Capability Center from Bangalore. My career has been closely tied to David Lord across three startups: RazorGator, Knowledge Adventure (JumpStart), and now Guidesly. He has mentored me throughout, and we have worked side by side on product, technology, and delivery — a long partnership I continue proudly at Guidesly today.
That continuity shapes how I work: loyal, hands-on technology leadership paired with operational ownership. At Guidesly I focus on product and engineering delivery from India, cloud and AI in production, and treating the GCC as a capability center — while staying aligned with the same founders and collaborators I have grown with for years.
More on that partnership is on the David Lord mentor page.
